Terms of sale

These terms apply to everything bought on slem-scripts.com. They are written to be read, not to hide anything. If something here is unclear, ask before you pay.

1. Who you are buying from

The purchase is made from Whop. Whop is the seller of record: it takes the payment, charges any tax that applies, sends the receipt, and its terms of service and refund rules apply to the payment itself. Your statement shows WHOP.

SLEM Scripts runs this site, makes the script, and delivers it in our Discord server. This page covers that part: what the licence is and how it is delivered.

2. What is being sold

A licence to use a digital file: a controller script (a .gpc text file) that you compile yourself and load onto a Cronus Zen device you already own, together with an activation code for one device. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

The file contains our own code only. It contains no game code, game files, artwork, fonts or other material belonging to anyone else, and it does not copy, modify or redistribute any third-party software.

3. Who may buy

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You buy as a consumer for your own private use unless you tell us otherwise in writing before paying. You need a Discord account, because that is where delivery happens.

4. Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file and your activation code.
The activation code is valid for one device. If your device fails or you replace it, contact us and we will move the code.
You may not share, resell, rent, publish, upload or otherwise make the file or your code available to anyone else, and you may not remove or work around the activation step.
We keep all rights in the file. Nothing here transfers ownership of it to you.
If the licence is used in breach of these terms or of the Acceptable use policy, we may deactivate the code and end the licence. No refund is due in that case.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and include any tax that applies to you. The exact total, including tax, is shown on the Whop checkout page before you confirm. Your bank or card statement will show WHOP.

We never receive your card number. Whop handles the payment and tells us only that it succeeded, for how much, the email you entered and the Discord username you typed. Whop sends you a receipt by email.

6. Delivery

Delivery is digital and starts as soon as the payment succeeds. Join our Discord server; the VIP role is added to the Discord username you typed at checkout, normally within a minute. Then press GET ACCESS, type the ID your device shows, and your activation code is sent to you.

Your purchase is stored on our side, so it does not matter if you come back straight away or days later. If the role has not landed, press REDEEM in the Discord and type the email you paid with, or write to us.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because Whop is the seller of record, withdrawal and refunds are handled through Whop. As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract; for digital content delivered immediately that right ends once delivery has begun, which Whop asks you to acknowledge at checkout. 8. Updates and availability

Updates to the same script line are included for as long as that line is supported. We may change, pause or stop the product, the Discord server or this site at any time. We do not promise any level of availability, any release date for anything described as "coming soon", or that a future version will keep any particular behaviour.

9. What we do not claim

We make no claim about results of any kind.
We make no claim about detection or about the safety of any account you use the device with.
Using a third-party input device may breach the rules of a platform, service or game you have agreed to. Checking that, and accepting the consequences, is your responsibility alone.
SLEM Scripts is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game publisher, platform holder or hardware manufacturer. Third-party names appear only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners.

10. Liability

The file is supplied as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost time, or any action taken against an account by a third party.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer, including the statutory rights regarding defective digital content. Those rights apply in addition to anything written here.

11. Acceptable use and the Discord

Using the product and the Discord server is subject to the Acceptable use policy. Serious or repeated breaches can end your access to the server and your licence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for new versions of the product or for legal reasons. The version published here on the day you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.

13. Law and disputes

Whop's terms govern the payment. For the licence and delivery, the law of the country where the site operator is based applies, without removing the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. If you want to raise a complaint, email us first — most things are solved in a day. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board and do not do so.
