Acceptable use

One licence, one person, one device. Everything below follows from that, plus the ordinary rules of not being a problem for anyone else.

The file and your code

Use them yourself, on hardware you own.
Do not share, sell, rent, lend, publish, upload or leak the file or your activation code, in whole or in part, including in a private group.
Do not build a product or a service on top of it, and do not offer it as part of anything you sell.
Do not try to defeat, remove or work around the activation step, and do not redistribute a modified copy.
Do not present the file, or anything derived from it, as your own work.

Where you use it

Using a third-party input device may be against the rules of a platform, service or game you have agreed to. Reading those rules, and living with the consequences, is entirely your responsibility.
Do not use the product for anything unlawful, and not to harass, defraud or harm another person.

Our name and our work

Do not use the SLEM name, wordmark or artwork to advertise, sell or endorse anything of your own.
Do not claim to be us, to speak for us, or to resell on our behalf.

In the Discord

Follow the server rules and Discord's own terms.
No harassment, no hate, no spam, no scams, no advertising.
No links to pirated software, leaked files or stolen accounts — including ours.
Do not ask staff or other members for another person's licence or code.

What happens if this is broken

Depending on how serious it is, one or more of: a warning, removal from the Discord server, deactivation of your activation code, and ending the licence. Where the licence is ended because of a breach, no refund is due, and we may keep the record of the breach for as long as we need it to enforce our rights.

If you think a decision was wrong, write to support@slem-scripts.com and explain. Mistakes get reversed.

Reporting

If you find the file, a code or our artwork being shared somewhere, tell us at support@slem-scripts.com. It helps, and it stays between us.
