This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser by this site. We keep what an order needs, and nothing beyond it.

What we store, and why

• The email address you enter at checkout — to find your payment when you redeem, to send the order confirmation, and to reach you if something goes wrong. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Your Discord username, and the Discord ID once you redeem — to give you the VIP role and the activation code, and to match a payment to a person when support is needed. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Payment record from Whop — the payment reference, amount, currency, country, status and time. We never receive your card number. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.
• The consent you tick at checkout — which boxes were ticked and when, stored with the order. Legal basis: legal obligation (we must be able to show that we confirmed it) and our legitimate interest in defending a payment dispute.
• Licence records — which activation code was issued, when, and a short identifier of the device it was activated on. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in preventing one licence being used by many people.
• Server logs — IP address, time and request, kept for a short time by our hosting provider to keep the site up and to block abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.

We do not sell data, we do not profile you, and we do not use your data to advertise anything to you.

Who else sees it

• Whop — takes the payment and sends the receipt. It receives your payment details and your email directly and is its own controller for that. See whop.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and the order records. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Discord — where delivery happens. Anything you send in the server is handled by Discord under its own policy. See discord.com/privacy.

Some of these providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Accounting records, including the payment record: as long as tax law requires, which is seven to ten years depending on the country.
• The licence record and the linked email and Discord ID: while the licence exists and for 12 months afterwards, so that support and disputes can still be answered.
• Support messages: 24 months.
• Server logs: as long as the hosting provider's default retention, normally days.

Cookies and storage

No cookies are set by this site. No analytics script runs on it. When you are sent to Whop's checkout page, Whop sets what it needs for the payment and for fraud prevention, under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to support@slem-scripts.com from the address you paid with and you will get an answer within 30 days.

Some data cannot be deleted on request while a legal retention period runs — accounting records in particular. In that case we restrict it instead and delete it when the period ends.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, normally the one where you live.

Age

This shop is for adults. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has bought here, write to us and we will delete the account data and refund the payment.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes affecting existing customers are announced in the Discord.
